HARPER SAND & GRAVEL was founded during the winter of 1977 to 1978.  Rulon Harper was had the vision to own his own aggregates operation to supply his own construction companies as well as to future customers. Since started operations, we hauled several million tons of aggregates with our trucking division and crushed well over 3 million tons of various sizes and specifications of sand, gravel and road base to multiple projects in the State of Utah and others.
After many years in the business, Harper grew to have all types of crushing equipment and wash plants.  We also recycle concrete rubble and asphalt (helping the environment). 
Finally, HARPER SAND & GRAVEL has the ability to bring the equipment to your project, saving time and money in operations cost.  Currently operating In Williston, North Dakota and planning expanding our operations to new locations.
